SERGE MOURACADE
Serge joined Zaoui & Co. in 2013 having spent six years in mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse in London. Prior to that, he spent two years at TD Securities working in the investment banking department in Montreal and Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from McGill University in Montreal (2005).

STEPHANE ZEGHBIB
Stephane joined Zaoui & Co. in 2013 after spending three years at Morgan Stanley in London and Paris where he was involved in advising several mergers and acquisitions. He previously spent four years at Merrill Lynch working in the investment banking department in Paris. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Paris (2002) and holds a Masters Degree in Economics from HEC Paris 2006.

JONATHAN ARZEL
Jonathan joined Zaoui & Co. in 2014 after spending four years in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group in London, where he was involved in several mergers & acquisitions and equity transactions. He graduated from Arts et Métiers ParisTech (2008) and holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Economics from ESSEC Singapore (2009).

MATTEO CONCAS
Matteo joined Zaoui & Co. in 2013 after spending a year in J.P. Morgan in London in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he spent two years at a management consulting boutique in London and Milan. He graduated from ESCP Europe Business School (2012) and also holds a European Master in Management from City University London (2012).

Matteo advised on the following key transactions: Nokia, Sale of its Devices & Services business to Microsoft, 2013 ($7.2bn); Nokia, Acquisition of remaining 50% stake in Nokia Siemens Networks from Siemens, 2013 ($2.2bn).

NICOLAS DU PERIER, Associate

NICOLAS DU PERIER
Nicolas joined Zaoui & Co. in 2013 after completing two internships at Morgan Stanley in London and Paris, then at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Singapore. He graduated from HEC Paris in 2013 and also holds degrees from Bocconi University (2013) and Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2010).

DIANA STEVENS, Chief Operating Officer

DIANA STEVENS
Diana joined Zaoui & Co. as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Previously, she was co-head of the Technical Committee at IMS, a compliance consultancy firm, where she advised hedge funds and asset management firms in London. Before that, she assumed day to day coverage of Compliance for the London branch of a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, Eton Park Capital Management, L.P. Diana graduated from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (2003) and holds the Legal Practice Course and LLB/Law (Hons).
